The UPMC Horizon residency program is a participant in ERAS® (the Electronic Residency Application Service) from the American Osteopathic Association.

Residency Program Interview Agenda

UPMC Horizon’s applicants will be invited to a dinner with the family medicine residents the evening before the interview day. Applicants may stay at the Hampton Inn, West Middlesex, for the evening, free of charge.

Interview day will begin on Tuesday around 8 a.m. with applicants participating in a portion of the core didactic lectures followed by a tour of the hospital, continuity clinic, and the Shenango Valley community. After returning to the hospital, they will have lunch with the Program Director, faculty, and residents, followed by group format interviews (20 minutes per panel interview) with the faculty. The interview day will end around 3pm.
