UPMC St. Margaret Bloomfield-Garfield Family Health Center Celebrating 32 Years
WHAT: UPMC St. Margaret Bloomfield-Garfield Family Health Center will host a community health and wellness fair where free screenings and services will be offered to all community members:
• Blood pressure screenings
• Oxygen saturation screening
• Ask the doctor
• Ask the pharmacist
• Information on:
o family health services
o COPD and CHF
• Free giveaways and immunization schedules
• Adult flu shot clinic
• Facility tours
