UPMC Outpatient Center in Hampton Free Wellness Wednesday Education Series:

‘Back Boot Camp – Is Your Spine Ready to Take on More Chores?’

WHAT: UPMC presents a free health discussion about the spine and how it works. Attendees will learn about common conditions related to low back pain and experts will share tips on best practices to reduce pain.
 
Attendees will receive a free screening that shows spinal motion, flexibility and strength, and have the opportunity to take a tour of the UPMC Centers for Rehab Services suite.
 
Light refreshments will be served. There is no fee, but registration is required. Register online or call 1-800-533-UPMC.
 
WHY: Attendees will learn about common conditions related to low back pain and get some tips to help you and your back get ready to tackle your “to do” list.
