Nonsurgical Services

Our fellowship-trained and highly-experienced oculoplastic surgeons offer patients the opportunity to enhance their appearance through the latest non-surgical techniques, including:

  • Fillers such as Restylane® and Juvederm®
  • Injectables such as BOTOX® and Dysport®

Surgical Services

The UPMC Eye Center also offers surgical approaches, such as:

  • Eyebrow lifts
  • Lid lifts

An eyelift, or blepharoplasty, is an aesthetic procedure that removes sagging and excess skin and muscle from the upper and/or lower eyelids, and also removes fatty tissue that can cause lid fullness or bags under the eyes.

Blepharoplasty, however, is more than an aesthetic procedure. Significant skin and muscle sagging may cause obstructed vision for some people. In other instances, bags under the eyes can cause the lid to pull away from the eye, causing irritation and dry eye disease.
