UPMC Horizon now offers state-of-the-art treatment for chronic or nonhealing wounds—right in your neighborhood. Our experts in infectious disease, orthopaedic surgery, vascular surgery, podiatry, and more can help put you on a path to healing. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is also available to help speed the healing process for certain nonhealing wounds. 

Our multidisciplinary approach to wound treatment combines the expertise of internal medicine and infectious disease specialists; vascular, orthopaedic, and plastic surgeons; and podiatrists, among others.
