We honor an individual’s goals and values and support caregivers in the desire to provide the highest possible quality of life. 

We provide care to patients in private homes, skilled nursing, assisted living, and personal care residences.

Family Hospice collaborates with expert physicians who are board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine. 


Bereavement Support

Family Hospice provides bereavement support to families under our care as well as community outreach for those experiencing loss.

Family Hospice relies on donor support to fund resources and programs for patients and families not covered by insurance as well as community outreach and educational initiatives. Donations can be directed to the Great Lakes Hospice Fund and the Great Lakes Hospice Education Fund.
