What You Need to Make Roasted Edamame

  • 1 oz. frozen, green edamame.
  • 1/8 oz. vegetable oil.
  • < 1/8 tsp. sesame oil.
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt.
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper.

How to Make Roasted Edamame

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients and coat edamame well.
  2. Place in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in 350° F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Place in blast chiller. Hold cold for service.
