A new UPMC Magee-Womens Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is now open at UPMC Memorial, and is available for babies born as early as 32 weeks gestation. In the hospital and after discharge, our neonatal physicians are available 24/7, backed by a full range of pediatric subspecialists and the latest, advanced technology and equipment specially designed for babies. The NICU staff focuses on delivering a high level of clinical expertise in a family centered and developmentally sensitive atmosphere.
