Where to Find Care During Respiratory Virus Season
In the fall, we typically see an increase in respiratory illnesses such as the flu, RSV, and COVID-19.
Here are some things you can do to reduce your risk and help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses:
- Talk to your medical provider about preventive care such as vaccines.
- Wash your hands.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as much as possible.
- Stay home if you’re sick.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Get plenty of sleep, eat a heathy diet, exercise, and drink plenty of fluids.
