UPMC offers several convenient ways to get the care you need without leaving home including video visits with MyUPMC.
Many of our primary care providers and specialists offer video visits that you can access from the comfort of home. All you need is a smartphone or tablet, the MyUPMC app, and a scheduled video visit appointment. To start a video visit, log in to your MyUPMC account within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Click the purple “Start Video Visit” button to enter your virtual exam room. Once the doctor arrives, their video will show on your screen and your appointment will begin.
Log on to MyUPMC or talk to your care team about scheduling a MyUPMC Video Visit.
You can also manage the health information for your child or loved one through Proxy Access. By becoming a proxy, you can communicate with their UPMC providers, view their medical records and test results, manage their appointments, and more through your own MyUPMC account. To get started with proxy access, talk to your child or loved one’s UPMC care team at their next appointment.
