You are eligible to use MyUPMC if you are 18 years of age or older or are the parent or legal guardian of a minor patient. In limited circumstances, a minor may also be eligible to use MyUPMC. Certain restrictions to information may apply.
With MyUPMC Proxy Access, you can access your child’s or loved one’s information and stay connected with their care team using your MyUPMC account.. By becoming your loved one’s proxy, you can communicate with their UPMC doctors, view medical records and test results, manage appointments, access video visits, and more through your own MyUPMC account.
You can recover your username or password by clicking “Log In” on MyUPMC.com or opening the MyUPMC app, and then selecting the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” option as needed.
To update your preferences and quickly sign back in using your devices features, please visit your device's settings and review your biometrics and security options. If your device has more than one option, make sure all options are turned on and then enable Quick Login in your MyUPMC Account Settings.
To enable Quick Login, log in to MyUPMC and tap the "More" button located in the bottom menu. Then, click the gear icon located at the top right of the page to access your Account Settings. From there, scroll and toggle the switch to enable Quick Login.
Please note: Biometric options such as fingerprint, pin, pattern, and password vary between devices and may not be available to use when logging in to MyUPMC.
