Are you an existing patient? We can help you schedule a video visit.

All young adult patients and families with children and adolescents enrolled in our programs have been contacted by our staff to provide scheduling information for your upcoming appointments.

Therapy sessions and doctors’ appointments will be provided through video conferencing technology that you can access from the comfort of home.

To schedule an appointment, simply contact your current provider and our staff will advise you on how to access the video platform for your telemedicine session.

Prior to your video visit, download the necessary software to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. This may help prevent delays. If you do not have access to video visits, please talk to your provider about other alternatives. Telephone sessions are also available.
