Now Offering Behavioral Health Child and Adolescent Video Visits

UPMC Western Behavioral Health Child Services, part of UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital, is now offering video visits for new and existing patients and their families to stay connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to be here to support you.

Are you an existing patient? We can help you schedule a video visit.

All young adult patients and families with children and adolescents enrolled in our programs have been contacted by our staff to provide scheduling information for your upcoming appointments.

Therapy sessions and doctors’ appointments will be provided through video conferencing technology that you can access from the comfort of home.

To schedule an appointment, simply contact your current provider and our staff will advise you on how to access the video platform for your telemedicine session.

Prior to your video visit, download the necessary software to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. This may help prevent delays. If you do not have access to video visits, please talk to your provider about other alternatives. Telephone sessions are also available.

Are you a new patient or do you need additional information or support?

Please contact the UPMC Western Behavioral Health Child Services central call line at 412-235-5444 and we will connect you with the help you need.
