​Dr. Singh joined UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 as an associate professor of surgery. His areas of expertise include the management of complex aortic disease, venous insufficiency, thoracic outlet syndrome and peripheral arterial occlusive disease.

Dr. Singh earned his medical degree at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York.  He completed his general surgery residency in Buffalo, followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He is a certified registered physician in vascular interpretation and is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
