WHAT: Join Passavant Hospital Foundation at its 6th Annual Run/Walk fundraiser. Participants can choose to run or walk the 8k or 4k race. A post-race celebration and awards ceremony will take place and include giveaways and refreshments.
Registration is $30 and ends Tuesday, August 14. Same-day registration is welcomed on race day starting at 5 p.m.
WHY: Proceeds from the race will aid the McCandless and Cranberry campuses of UPMC Passavant in advancing health and wellness in the community through outreach, education and grant making.
WHO: Family and friends looking to get some exercise while supporting the Passavant Hospital Foundation’s mission.
WHEN: 7 p.m., Friday, August 17
WHERE: North Park Pool Loop, Hemlock Drive, Allison Park, Pa., 15101.
The post-race celebration will be at Harmar Pavilion, South Ridge Drive, Allison Park.
Free Parking will be available at Pie Traynor Field, the Pool Parking Lot and Harmar Pavilion.
