Steubenville, OH – CommonSpirit Trinity Health System has completed the transaction with University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) to transfer ownership of Trinity Health System including Trinity West and Trinity East in Steubenville, Ohio, Trinity Twin City Medical Center in Dennison, Ohio and Trinity St. Clairsville Neighborhood Hospital in St. Clairsville, Ohio along with all associated clinics and care sites, as of Oct. 1, 2026.
