Through a partnership with UPMC Pinnacle, UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (UPMC CCP) is expanding our pediatric primary care network to central, Pa. Three PinnacleHealth practices, PinnacleHealth Heritage Pediatrics, PinnacleHealth Pediatric Associates, and Memorial Pediatric Specialists, will be joining UPMC CCP on January 2, 2020 and operating under the following new names:

While the practices will have new names, patients and their families will still experience exceptional pediatric care in the same convenient locations. The medical teams and staff that patients have come to know and trust will continue to serve these offices, and there is nothing that current patients will need to do during this transition.
All practices are currently accepting new patients.
