**Clinic is by appointment only **
WHAT: To protect our children and our communities, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP) will co-host a COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine clinic for children ages 5 to 11 years old.
To ensure children and families have a positive immunization experience, the themed clinic will include costumed characters, distraction rooms, movies, treasure chest giveaways, photo booth, pet therapy and much more.
UPMC continues to partner with community organizations and school districts to ensure every child within the region has access to the lifesaving COVID-19 vaccines. Pediatric nurses, pharmacists, child life specialists and interpreters will be onsite.
Patients or parents who want to schedule a vaccine for themselves or their children can visit Vaccine.UPMC.com or call 844-UPMCVAC (844-876-2822) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., seven days a week.
Existing CCP families also can schedule an appointment online at: ChildrensPeds.com/COVIDVaccine.
