How to Be a Volunteer at UPMC Wellsboro

Adults (18+ years old) must:

• Schedule an interview with the UPMC Wellsboro Volunteer Assistant.
• Complete the application process. This includes orientation, a physical exam, and a TB test.

Students (15 to 17 years old) must:

• Get working papers.
• Arrange an interview with the UPMC Wellsboro Volunteer Assistant.
• Complete the application process, which includes orientation and a physical with a TB test.

UPMC Wellsboro Auxiliary

Mission: Our mission is to improve the quality of health care provided to our patients and community through fundraising and service.

President: Jennifer Stephens.

Major Fundraisers and Projects: Autumn Basket Raffle; Two Annual $1,000 Scholarships; and Book, Jewelry, Holiday Dessert, Linen and Bake Sales.

Monthly Meeting: Third Tuesday at noon every other month in Mt. Laurel Board room, UPMC Wellsboro.
