Currently UPMC Pinnacle is testing only individual who are experiencing COVID19 symptoms. Walk in patients will not be tested.
If you have an employee with symptoms, their first step is to contact a primary health care provider or secure an on demand visit through virtual care. UPMC Pinnacle has waived the upfront $49 fee for all video visits from March 14, 2020, through June 11, 2020.

If the provider determines symptoms warrant COVID-19 testing, they will be directed to one of the UPMC Pinnacle testing sites. A list of all test sites can be found here.
If you have life-threatening symptoms like difficulty breathing or chest pressure, you should visit an emergency department in your community for immediate care.
