WHAT: It can be difficult to maintain good health when living with diabetes. The Diabetes Support Group at UPMC St. Margaret provides free education about managing diabetes to persons with diabetes and/or family members or caregivers. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) goals method, an easy way to work toward a healthier lifestyle.
Before starting on any new plan, participants should discuss their diabetes health goals with their health care provider.
Free parking and refreshments will be available.
