WHAT: This workshop will demonstrate ways to prevent falls in your home and when you are out and about.
Light refreshments will be served. There is no fee, but registration is required. Register online or call 1-800-533-UPMC.
WHY: According to the National Institute on Aging, more than one in three people age 65 years or older falls each year. The risk of falling—and fall-related problems—rises with age.
