WHAT: UPMC Senior Communities’ Sugar Creek Station, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation complex and independent living apartments for older adults, will host a free community health and wellness fair with educational displays, complimentary health screenings and services, refreshments and door prizes. 

 

Screenings include:

 

  • Stroke (includes blood pressure and stroke risk assessment).
  • Cholesterol (lipid profile, total cholesterol and triglycerides).** 
  • A1C and blood glucose.** 
  • Osteoporosis. 
  • Body fat analysis.
  • Vision.
  • Spine check.

 

**12-hour fast is recommended for blood testing
