WHAT: To support the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Eastern Conference finals, Iceburgh will host a rally and tailgate for its newest fans and their families at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC
 
Newborns will be swaddled in gold rally towels, showing support for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Each baby also will sport a “hat trick” — a hand-knitted black and gold cap, courtesy of Magee’s Volunteer Knitters. The tailgate will feature hoagies, black and gold cupcakes, popcorn, party favors and more.
 
WHY: As the official women’s health provider of the Pittsburgh Penguins, Magee is proud to collaborate with the Penguins organization to celebrate babies and families in and around Pittsburgh.

WHEN: Friday, May 20
  • 11:10 a.m., group shot photo opportunity of Iceburgh with Magee staff, in their black and gold gear, in the hospital lobby.
  • 11:30 a.m., Nursery Pep Rally will take place on a secure, locked unit.
    **It is recommended that media arrive at 11:15 a.m. to cover the main event.
