WHAT: UPMC St. Margaret presents a heart health discussion with free health screenings. A cardiologist will host a heart-to-heart talk, explaining how simple lifestyle changes can improve your overall heart health. He also will discuss the signs, symptoms and latest treatments for heart disease, including the new guidelines for high blood pressure and how to get your numbers down.
Screenings include:
• Blood Pressure
• Cholesterol (includes LDL, HDL, triglycerides)*
• Blood Sugar
• Stroke Education
• Ask the Expert
*9-hour fast recommended for cholesterol screenings
A free hot dinner will be served and parking will be validated.
