Our Multidisciplinary Approach to Care
Our breast cancer experts hold a multidisciplinary weekly meeting at which they discuss all newly diagnosed cases of breast cancer. Together, the team will develop a personalized treatment plan based on each specialist’s recommendations — providing expert medical opinions, enhancing communication between members of your care team, and eliminating the need for you to meet individually with multiple medical providers.
Your UPMC Breast Health Care Team
