UPMC in Central Pa. is a Cribs for Kid's® partner providing a program to educate parents, family members, child care providers, and health professionals about safe infant sleep.
This is preventative program that seeks to reduce infant mortality by educating families on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and providing safe sleeping locations and positions for their infants. UPMC in central Pa.'s Cribs for Kid's® will ensure infants have a safe place to sleep by providing eligible low income parents who have no other way to afford a crib with a free Graco "Pack 'n Play" style crib.
