In 2025, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center opened its newest facility at Zabok General Hospital to bring cutting-edge radiation oncology, medical oncology, and PET-CT services to patients in Croatia and nearby countries. UPMC Hillman cooperates with the Croatia National Health Insurance Fund (HZZO) for select services, including stereotactic radiosurgery and PET-CT services.
