You will be able to click the Test Hardware button to ensure your webcam and microphone are functioning correctly before meeting with your provider.
You will be prompted to allow MyPinnacleHealth.org to access your computer’s microphone and camera. Please click Allow in the pop up box displayed in your browser. This will allow your provider to see and hear you during the visit. To check and ensure the camera and mic are enabled, go to your phone settings, and select the MyChart app.
For Google Chrome you will be prompted to install a VidyoWeb extension (for Google Chrome browser only) and a VidyoWeb plugin. Please follow the steps displayed on the screen to install both of these. You will then need to close and reopen your browser. You will also be prompted to allow MyPinnacleHealth.org to access your computer’s microphone and camera. Please click Allow in the pop up box displayed in your browser. This will allow your provider to see and hear you during the visit.
