Please call your office and have them schedule you a video visit with your provider. Patients can also schedule a video visit in their UPMC Central PA Portal. In some instances your provider may not recommend a video visit and will ask that you keep or schedule an in-office visit. Call today to see if a video visit is an option for you!

You will be prompted to allow UPMC Central PA Portal to access your device's microphone and camera. Please click Allow in the pop up box displayed in your browser. This will allow your provider to see and hear you during the visit.
To check and ensure the camera and mic are enabled, go to your phone settings, and select the UPMC Central PA Portal app.
