Application Requirements

When applying to the UPMC Lititz Residency programs, please have the following items completed:

  • ERAS Application complete with photo and personal statement
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • MSPE
  • Passing scores on COMLEX I & II (CE & PE) or USMLE I & II (CK & CS)
  • Osteopathic Recognition Eligibility Requirements for Allopathic Applicants

Osteopathic Recognition Eligibility for Allopathic Students

  • A minimum of 160 hours of classroom and hands-on osteopathic training containing all of the following:
    • osteopathic philosophy, history, terminology, and code of ethics
    • anatomy and physiology related to osteopathic medicine
    • indications, contraindications, and safety issues associated with the use of Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT)
    • palpatory diagnosis, osteopathic structural examination, and OMT

Applications will be accepted and reviewed through December 1, 2020. If selected to interview with our program, you will receive an invitation via ERAS.
