Dale Lent, DO
Program Director (PCOM ‘91)
Dr. Lent is the Program Director of the UPMC Lititz Internal Medicine Residency Program. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991 and then completed his residency at Delaware Valley Medical Center. Following residency, he worked in Ohio before settling down in Lancaster and helping to re-open the osteopathic internal medicine program. He is passionate about teaching and mentoring our residents and students. He enjoys spending time in the summer with his family and 2 dogs at the Jersey shore.
Elizabeth Fowler, DO FACOI
Associate Program Director (PCOM-Georgia ’11)
Dr. Fowler is the Associate Program Director of the UPMC Lititz Internal Medicine Residency Program. She graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine- Georgia Campus in 2011 and then did an internship in South Jersey before completing her Internal Medicine Residency at UPMC Lititz. Following residency, she has worked as a hospitalist at UPMC Lititz and recently transitioned to the UPMC in Central Pa. Post-Acute Care Services team where she works with our geriatric population in the long-term care and rehab settings. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring our residents and students. She and her husband have two young daughters and a puppy to keep them busy.
