Through our academic partnership with the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, we support a number of research projects to advance the understanding of mental illness and the quality of care for patients.
Our patients directly benefit in a timely way from the latest advances in psychiatric care, including modern diagnosis and assessment based on innovative methodologies. Many patients who have been treated elsewhere without success can find help at Western Psychiatric.
