Urology of Central PA Joins UPMC

HARRISBURG, Pa. – UPMC announced today that Urology of Central PA, Inc. (UCPA) will join its network of providers, effective July 1. The practice name will be UPMC Urology of Central PA. In addition, the UCPA Surgery Center will become part of UPMC and be named UPMC Community Surgery Center.

UCPA specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of urological conditions, including all types of male and female urinary incontinence problems and symptoms, enlarged prostate, erectile dysfunction and impotence, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, vasectomy, kidney stones and male infertility. UPMC Urology of Central PA also treats pediatric conditions, meeting the unique needs of all ages from newborns to teens and adolescents.

Providers and transitioning staff become UPMC employees on July 1. There are no changes for existing and new patients who have an appointment with the practice after July 1. Phone numbers, hours of operation and existing locations in Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Newport and Millersburg will continue. In addition, patients will continue to have access to their patient portal.
