WHAT: Tour UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital’s new Diagnostic Evaluation Center (DEC), completely redesigned, in a new location and set to open soon.
WHY: Meet recently appointed hospital president, Deborah Brodine, and other leaders of UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital to hear about new approaches and community partnerships to provide comprehensive, essential behavioral health services across the region.
WHO:
- Jack Rozel, M.D., medical director of UPMC resolve Crisis Services and president of the American Association for Emergency Psychiatry, who will speak about gun violence, mass shootings and mental illness, and dispel myths.
