WHAT: UPMC BodyChangers Spring Fashion Show “Courage on the Catwalk” will be a celebration of positive self-image, courage and determination. The models are BodyChanger participants who will share their stories of how they’ve maintained significant weight loss and transformed their bodies by adapting dietary changes and staying physically active. The total amount of weight loss among the 18 models is more than an amazing 1,500 pounds, achieved through either weight loss surgery or diet and exercise.
The event is open to the public and reservations are required. Space is limited, and the deadline to RSVP is April 8th. Free parking is available.

WHY: UPMC BodyChangers is a unique social support system, focused on helping individuals achieve and manage weight loss while maintaining healthy lifestyles. The men and women of UPMC BodyChangers will model fashions provided by Macy’s.
