SHREWSBURY, Pa. — Southern Family Medicine and its providers have joined the UPMC provider network under the name UPMC Southern Family Medicine. The practice is located at the Shrewsbury Commons Professional Center, 16312 Mount Airy Road, Shrewsbury, Pa.

Patients will continue to receive individual and compassionate care at UPMC Southern Family Medicine. As part of the UPMC provider network, patients will receive additional services through advanced technology, increased comprehensive care for chronic and acute illnesses, additional specialists, and access to health education and programs.
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays; from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays; and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays. Previously scheduled appointments will remain the same. For more information, call 717-227-3800
