LANCASTER, Pa. – A growing team of UPMC neurology and neurosurgery providers is caring for Lancaster County patients. The group consists of three neurologists, a neurosurgeon, and two advanced practice providers who see patients at 1160 Manheim Pike, Lancaster.
“As Lancaster County grows, so does the need for specialty health services for its residents,” said Kim Rinehart, executive administrator, UPMC Neurological Institute. “We’re proud to bring expert neurology and neurosurgical care to people who need it most.”
The UPMC Neurological Institute team can manage sleep disorders, deliver specialized care for seizures and epilepsy, assist with stroke recovery, provide botulinum toxin therapy, complete electromyography (EMG) testing, care for general neurological conditions, and evaluate patients for cranial, spine, and peripheral nerve conditions that may require surgery.
