WHAT: Watch Pittsburgh’s own Mighty Penguins youth sled hockey team take on physicians from the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute in the “Just Ice It” Sled Hockey Challenge, an evening of fun competition that will raise money for the Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey Program.
 
WHY: Founded in 1998, the Mighty Penguins program consists of four teams of local sled hockey athletes of all ages and abilities. Sled hockey has therapeutic benefits, both physically and mentally, and the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute is proud to support these athletes as they pursue their passion for their sport.
