The Family Hospice Foundation
The Family Hospice Foundation meets the needs of patients and their families through grants, gifts, and donor-supported specialty funds. When directed to the General Fund, benefactor dollars have the broadest impact.
You may also choose to direct your contribution toward a more specific purpose via these established specialty funds:
- Angels On Call Fund provides tangible resources for patients and families in financial distress
- Bereavement Fund supports grief programs and memorial services
- Carol Sayers Vockel Fund educates the community and volunteers about end-of-life care
- Imagine Harmony Fund allows patients final special life experiences
You may also consider Planned Giving (will/bequest, stocks and bonds, IRAs, real estate or trusts) or an ongoing financial commitment through our Giving Society.
If you wish to donate through United Way, our number is: 18940049 (Family Hospice – Home Nursing Agency).
