The Perinatal Wellness Program at UPMC in Central Pa. is a group of providers, educators, and staff who are committed to women’s health and wellness. We guide women through their pregnancy and postpartum journey, as well as their child’s early development.
We focus on prevention and detection of perinatal anxiety and depression. Our goal is to offer high-quality support and education to foster optimal health of pregnant women and new moms.
So, what does that mean? It means we want to help you with this transition into motherhood! This free* one-of-a-kind program is open for any mother-to-be or new mom to join! We are located in Camp Hill, Pa.
Transitioning into motherhood can be both exciting and challenging- and we get that! Navigating this journey can be easier in the company of other women with support, resources, and a good map of expectations for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. We can also help you navigate the health care system, so you and your baby have the best care plan possible. Most of all - the programs are free!
Our flexible schedule offers a variety of days and times for you to attend! Some classes are also offered virtually.
