The UPMC Magee-Womens Maternal Wellness Program wants to help you while you transition into parenthood. Our free, one-of-a-kind program is open to any new or expectant parents. We provide free programming virtually and our flexible schedule offers a variety of dates and times for you to attend!
We are a team of providers, educators, and staff who are committed to new parents’ health and wellness.
Our focus is to educate and prepare parents. We offer high-quality support and resources to foster optimal health and wellness for expecting parents, new parents, and families.
We are here to help guide you through your pregnancy and postpartum journey, as well as your child’s early development.
Transitioning into this new role can be both exciting and challenging.
Navigating this journey can be easier in the company of other parents with support, resources, and a good map of expectations for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum.
We can also help you navigate the health care system, so you and your baby have the best care plan possible.
Most importantly, all of our programs are free!

The Maternal Wellness Program at UPMC is committed to women’s health and wellness. We guide women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey, as well as their children’s early development.
