Hosting more than 3,000 free and subsidized programs, UPMC is the leading health system contributor to community health improvement programs in Pennsylvania.

Charity Care and Costs for Those in Need

Supporting $87 million in charity care and $308 million to cover unreimbursed costs for Medicaid beneficiaries and other subsidized care.
