Classes are designed to improve and maintain physical, as well as emotional and mental health. Whether it's getting fit, addressing a specific disease, teaching a child to be safe when alone, or preparing parents for their baby's arrival, there is much to explore.

When registering for any class or event, please indicate any personal accommodations you may need, such as sign language interpreter, large print conference materials, Braille conference materials, wheelchair height tables, vegetarian meals, diabetic meals, accessible parking, or other. Please place accommodation requests two weeks prior to class or event start date.

Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot, Family Hospice (formerly Great Lakes Hospice) and Maria House Project have teamed up to offer a memorial service to remember those lost to substance use or
substance use related death. Vigil of Hope is open to
anyone who has been affected by a substance abuse loss. Resource tables will be available.The event will be held rain or shine.
