• Turn left on to Oakland Ave
• Turn left on to 5th Ave
• Turn right on Lothrop Street
• Proceed approx. halfway up Lothrop Street to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital entrance drive on right.

• PA-28 S (Allegheny Valley Expressway).
• Take left exit 6 toward PA-8 S/Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall onto Highland Park Bridge.

The Pittsburgh Regional Transit offers convenient bus service to and within Oakland. Route schedules are available in the lobbies of UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC Montefiore.

You may park your car yourself or take advantage of the convenient valet service. Valet service operates from the UPMC Presbyterian driveway and is for patients of and visitors to UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital.

Valet parking is available at a reduced rate for patients and patient visitors inside of the UPMC Presbyterian Garage (24/7) on level C-7, at the UPMC Montefiore Garage (6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday-Friday) on the Level 7 Main Entry on Buffalo Street, and at the rear of the Falk Medical Building (6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Friday), which is accessible from Lothrop Street.  

Valet Parking Has Moved

Valet parking at UPMC Presbyterian has moved from the main driveway to the UPMC Presbyterian Garage Level C-7. (For private vehicles with patients coming to the Emergency Department, valet will still be available from the main driveway).

• There will be signs to help get you to the hospital.
• A new waiting area will be available for your comfort.
• Escorts and wheelchairs will be available if needed.

Patients and patient visitors with ADA accommodations displaying a state provided ADA placard or license plate may utilize the ADA Valet Parking Service located on the main UPMC Presbyterian emergency department driveway (24/7), standard valet rates will apply.
