A large part of the care we provide at UPMC Presbyterian is to help our patients and their families become familiar with the hospital's services and amenities during their time with us.

Information Desks

UPMC Presbyterian main lobby — hospital's main information desk

  • Weekdays: 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Presbyterian — 3rd floor

  • Weekdays: 8 a.m. to 4p.m.

Montefiore — 7th floor main lobby

  • Weekdays: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Falk Clinic

  • Weekdays: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Off-hours contact information

If you need information during off hours at the:

  • Main information desk, call 412-647-2345.
  • Other information desks, call the phone number on the sign located at that desk.

Parking Validation

To validate your parking ticket, go to the:

  • Main information desk in UPMC Presbyterian's main lobby.
  • UPMC Montefiore 7th floor main lobby.

An attendant is available 24 hours a day.
