Nutrition is our highest rated category. We obtained this by offering such a vast assortment of healthy options and unique cooking methods. We focus on healthy alternative options and have implemented Wellness Wednesday that is centered and focused on whole food plant-based offerings.

- Features rotating Made to Order offerings where guests can customize their meal. Some of the featured items are: Wraps, Salads, and Bowls.
Pittsburgh Deli Co. (Monday to Friday: 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
- Features sandwiches which include: Beet Reuben, Toasted Italian, Pittsburgh Pot Roast, and Turkey Caprese.
Grab ‘n Go (6:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.)
- New and fresh line of internally branded The Market@UPMC sandwiches, wraps, salad mix-ins, bulk snacks, and desserts were produced by our Central Production operation. This involved creating new recipes, identifying safer packaging, and implementing custom labeling that is enhanced with nutritional, allergen, and barcoded information.
