Dough Boy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rolled oats
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • Splash vanilla
  • Pinch kosher salt

Directions
