We'll get back to you within 3 business days.

With eDermatology (E-Visit), you will not see a provider face-to-face, but rather share information with them about your medical history through a short questionnaire. You will also need to provide three to five photos related to your skin concern. After completing your E-Visit, you will receive medical advice, a diagnosis, and a treatment plan within three business days.

Please note: UPMC eDermatology is available only in Pennsylvania and costs $75 or less with qualified UPMC Health Plan insurance. UPMC eDermatology is a type of E-Visit that is secure, HIPAA-compliant, and accessible via MyUPMC. E-Visits are not a video visit or an in-person visit.

*For pediatric patients, proxy access is necessary for consultations to be submitted and completed. The process takes about 15 minutes.

For help, please contact the MyUPMC Support Line at 1-866-884-8579 or email help@myupmc.com.
