Do You Experience Anxiety?

The Mindfulness-Based Anxiety Reduction group may be an option for you. Our group:

  • Helps participants mobilize their inner resources for making positive changes in their health, attitudes and behaviors
  • Includes mindfulness meditation, mindful yoga, and group discussion
  • Works toward developing skills that can be applied in daily life to anxiety, as well as other life stressors

This group is modeled after the Mindfulness Bases Stress Reduction program developed by Jon-Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

8-Week MBAR Group
