Activities Assistant – assists with the preparation and implementation of a therapeutic and recreational activity program in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and internal established policies and procedures.

Activities Coordinator – maintains an organized activities program while encouraging maximum resident participation. Develops and maintains positive relationships with community liaisons.

Activities Director – plans, coordinates and directs the residents' activity program.

Administrative Assistant – handles the clerical administrative duties needed for the building and supports management as needed with supplies, scheduling or calls as needed.

Administrative Assistant (Intermediate) – under general supervision, provides varied administrative support to a department, a group of professionals or multiple departments.

Administrator – provides overall administration and operation of the assigned nursing facilities. Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and controlling the delivery and quality care in compliance with the operational goals of Senior Living.

Admissions Assistant – assists in the skilled nursing admission process and function as the liaison between Central Admissions Office (CAO) and facility.

Admissions Coordinator – develops community relationships which work at increasing and maintaining census at maximum levels, admits new residents in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and internal established policies and procedures; and assists in the facility's public relations activity.

A/R Coordinator – provides support to the billing and accounts receivable functions under the direct supervision of the Accounts receivable.

Assistant Resident Manager – under the direction of the Resident Manager, manages all aspects of the operation of the facility, coordinating all programs and work between the various departments.

Care Manager – coordinates the clinical and financial plan for targeted patient assessments, as well as all discharge planning activities.

Certified Nursing Assistant - provides for the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of Health Center residents, with emphasis on preservation of dignity and confidentiality.

Chaplain – provides pastoral care to residents and families in a responsible and committed fashion, with sensitivity to multi-cultural/religious diversity.

Chef – prepares high-quality, well-presented meals from scratch for the residents, visitors, managers using high-quality raw ingredients, while adhering to corporate recipes.

Concierge – acts as a liaison for the residents, providing an avenue by which residents may secure answers to their questions and maintaining the main phone line for the building.

Cook – prepares high-quality, well-presented meals from scratch for the residents, visitors, managers using high-quality raw ingredients, while adhering to corporate recipes.

Dietary Aide – responsible for the final preparation of all food served in the food service area.

Dietician Generalist – provides nutrition-related expertise in the interdisciplinary team management of all residents and clients

Director of Nursing – administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions and activities of the nursing staff also shall ensure the nursing staff provides the nursing and related services needed to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.

Dish Machine Operator – responsible for general kitchen sanitation and washing of pots and dishes.

Driver – Provides transportation, by way of the facility van, to all resident appointments, shopping and scheduled activities.

Environmental Services Associate – cleans all aspects of assigned areas, including resident's rooms, public areas, offices and equipment.

Executive Director – functions as the chief operating and chief financial executive of the Pittsburgh Lifetime Care Community (PLCC) dba Sherwood Oaks which is a Continuum Care Retirement Community and subsidiary of UPMC Senior Communities.

Food Service Attendant – responsible for serving meals to residents during breakfast, lunch and/or dinner services.

Food Service Host – responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction with food service utilizing customer service skills.

Groundskeeper – assumes responsibility of outdoor maintenance, clean-up, and care of the woods, grounds, gardens, walkways, parking areas and basic outdoor maintenance tasks.

Health Unit Coordinator – greet all patients, family members, visitors and staff member and with all communications regarding the department, accurately update and maintain patient flow process and coordinate patient tests and procedures.

HVAC Tech – troubleshoots HVAC problems and reports higher level problems to Director of Support Services.

Housekeeper – performs the day to day activities of the Housekeeping Department in the facility, residential apartments, and other related on-site buildings to assure that all is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Kitchen Steward – maintains standards of housekeeping and sanitation in production, service, dining, and storage areas.

Laundry Attendant – performs the day to day activities of the Laundry Department including pick-up of soiled linen, sorting, operating washers and dryers, folding clean linen, counting, charting, and delivering clean linen.

LPN – Provides and maintains, under the direction of a registered nurse, the highest level standards of care in accordance with Resident Care Policies, state and federal regulations.

Life Enrichment & Event Coordinator – maintains an organized activities program while encouraging maximum resident participation. Develops and maintains positive relationships with community liaisons.

Maintenance Technician – responsible for routine repair and maintenance of plant, property and equipment.

Manager, Food Services – manages and engages associates in the food and nutrition operations with focus on resident and associate safety and satisfaction. Prepares work schedules, performs competency checks, inspects job flows and determines work assignments by position.

Medical Records – performs duties related to the retrieval, delivery and refiling of medical records needed for patient care, billing, research, and legal purposes; files medical reports and correspondence within the record and processes all requests for copies of the medical record in accordance with established policy and procedure.

Medication Aide – administers medications and assists residents in the taking of medications. Responsible for documenting medications and medication-related treatments per the physician's orders and accurately records all care provided in the Medication Administration Record and Treatment Administration Record.

Nursing Assistant – works closely and continuously with residents, partnering with nurses and other professionals, to make a difference in how residents and families experience their stay.

Nursing Resource Coordinator – assists the nursing team in delivering the highest quality of care to the residents. Represents nursing leadership in off-hours, managing emergencies, customer service issues, and ensuring staffing coverage.

Receptionist – greets and assists residents and visitors, operates the switchboard and emergency phones/radio, provides clerical support services to administrative staff.

Registered Nurse – assumes responsibility for total resident care and the management of the nursing unit. Plans, directs and evaluates unit operation to ensure optimal resident care is given.

RNAC – coordinates and provides safe patient care on any shift.

Resident Assistant – assists residents with their activities of daily living.

Resident Manager – manages all aspects of the operation of the facility, coordinating all programs and work between the various departments.

Residential Support Coordinator – responsible for the coordination and management of resident support plans, staff education and medications systems management.

Restorative Nursing Assistant – carries out the restorative activities/interventions according to the specifics outlined in the individual restorative program plan for assigned residents.

Server – responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.

Social Worker – provides brief problem-focused assessments, psychosocial support to include end of life and bereavement services, and timely and appropriate discharge planning based on anticipated needs.

Staff Development Coordinator – responsible for the coordination and management of all nursing department education including nursing staff development, mandatory in-services, competency evaluation and coordination of external education providers such as CNA classes.

Supervisor, Food Services – responsible for the training, supervision and performance of the food service associates to maintain food safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leader, Environmental Services – mentors and leads Environmental Service Associates to ensure the assigned areas including resident rooms, public areas and equipment are properly cleaned according to the expectations set by management.

Unit Manager – Provide high quality, cost-effective resident care through appropriate management of resources within a designated group of assigned residents.

Wound Care Coordinator – functions in the role of a clinical expert and consultant in an area of specialty practice within the framework of nursing. In this capacity, the Skin & Wound Care Coordinator has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall development and implementation of the facility's Skin Integrity and Wound Management Program.
