Scheduling An Appointment

• Call 412-623-2287 during office hours to arrange an appointment. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Friday.
• Plan to arrive at our office and sign in at the front desk 15 minutes before your appointment.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless being seen for pregnancy care, family planning, or treatment for a sexually transmitted disease. If you cannot come with your child, send a written note giving permission for evaluation, immunizations, and treatment of minor illness.

Cancellations

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call the office at least two hours before your appointment time. The receptionist can reschedule your appointment when you call to cancel.

If you must cancel when the office is not open, leave a message on the cancellation line at 421-623-1183.

Medication Refills

The best time to get medication refills is when you are in the office for a visit. However, if your prescription will run out before your next visit, call us to get a refill.

The prescription refill hotline is 412-623-1181. Please have your pharmacy telephone number and information from the prescription bottle ready.

If you have not seen your doctor recently, a limited amount of medication will be called in to the pharmacy until you can schedule an appointment.

Certain medications, such as narcotic pain medications, may not be refilled without an appointment.​
